I regularly accumulated and lost unused PTO, reaching the upper limit of what was allowed because I did not take time off. A multi-generational trip with loved ones permanently changed my perspective and helped me realize the importance of time with the people I care most about. Now I use that ambition and drive to craft the best experiences for others so they can create those amazing memories with the people they care most about.
